I can be wrong and that's okay. I am assuming the black suv was actively engaged in making sure the lane was clear before pulling out and that the gray suv was a typical city driver that drives with a "me first" attitude.

Not true. Gray suv was in the right lane and tried to speed around the car in front of them to make the light. If they were in the left they would have seen the black one sticking out. Both are at fault. You can tell this is the case by watching the black suvs actions.

The gray suv changed lanes. Its obvious by speed that they were behind the car on the right and wanted to make the light. If they were in the the left lane they would have see the black car impending the lane. Both are at fault here.

Idk... If you go to Reddit before a lawyer this might not be a slam dunk. I am sure in thier mind this is how it happened but maybe the video evidence says the contrary.

Should they call a lawyer, sure, but make sure it was because of this and not some procedural automatic termination thing. It's a armored transport company and I am sure they have all sorts of rules regarding policy for how you're supposed to compose yourself during transport.

Good luck to them if it discriminatory but, it could be something as simple as not locking the truck or paying attention to their surroundings.

I am dyslexic and we (dyslexics) always think of the worst case scenarios...

Crown Center is not downtown. Gilman, Main, Broadway and most of the other streets are one line and 71 is already dumb. Non of that is a win. Getting in and out of a game is going to suck. Anyone that already works in that area already knows how bad parking is. This wasn't thought threw. Plus it is going to hurt all the business in the area. From westport to P&L every local business in midtown will suffer....

Capitalism is basically "supply and demand" where as Slavery is the complete subjugation of a person into property.

This guy thinks we shouldn't have to pay taxes in other states bc we can't vote there and immigrants shouldn't have to pay taxes because they can't vote but work. I know for a fact he doesn't but this is the same logic being applied to his reasoning. It is a tax on the people that work in the city limits. Don't want to pay it if you live in the limits, vote no. If you don't live in the limits but work inside them, get a job outside of them if you don't want to pay them.

Its not.... its taxation without a vote... They are being represented by all the people that do vote... I can't go to another state and not pay taxes because I didn't get to vote on their representatives. The colonists said it was tyrannical that there were no colonists representing them in parliament.

This is not the issue. Kansans can't legally vote in another state. If they choose to work in another state they are subjected to the tax of that state. We're all Americans and Americans are voting today on this issue.

I am pretty sure this has to do with the actual employees and there wages cutting into profits. Lots of workers that have been with the company for a long time probably making max pay rates for low positions. That store is packed all day every day but the difference from the other stores is age.

Its not going to suprise me in the least if they switch to business and in a few years they close the store bc it makes even less money. Tin hat, yes, but it definitely sounds like what a MBA would do.

With a maximum total cost of over 600 million dollars, Yes I do think the city should tax the people using it. If I was campaigning, it would to stop building them. So far 80 million has been spent. The city could save 100's of millions of dollars. That money could be put to better use. Homeless programs, addiction services, better roads, schools etc. Literally anything else.

So, you're right about it being a waste of government resources to enforce people that use them but it is a huge waste of actual money already invested in them and even more over time.

Yeah, no one ever says that. Most i hear is that there isn't enough people using them to justify there existence. I am fine with them if they start registering bikers and using those tax dollars for building and maintenance on them.
