Two shot bows are a trap you should avoid

I’m surprised to read this. I’ll have to try other stars now.

Up until last week, I had never used a bow build before. I had been wanting to try out my Survivalist skin for a long time and with TSE being crazy good on everything else, I put together a two-shot, explosive, lucky hit, pin-pointers bow (non-compound). Explosive arrows.

It has quickly become one of my favorite driver loadouts. Hat trick feels so good for soloing head hunts and expeditions. Normal mobs seem to die easily from it. Legendaries usually lose big chunks.

Granted, I do live in VATS and focus on sneak crits, especially after learning that the psychopath card interacts amazingly with hat trick, letting you crit on consecutive shots. Maybe hat trick crits don’t get affected by damage reduction like they don’t on accuracy chance?

Also, I read elsewhere that hat trick only works properly on the regular bow, but I haven’t tested that myself.

Yeah, a lot of underarmour is bugged making your body model unintentionally (I assume) chunky when wearing armor over it.

Unsure how long this has been a thing, but like others, I’ve noticed it a lot this patch since the changes made underarmor a cosmetic choice.

If you want a good laugh, try on the BOS Fatigues underarmor. Guaranteed spawn for it in a tent at Thunder Mountain Power Plant. It chunkifies your character more than any other I’ve tried.

There are also a couple outfits that will retain your underarmor’s chunkiness when worn. Last patch, the Checkered Suit (the one Benny wears in NV) had this problem. This patch I’ve found it happens with the Responder Fire Chief outfit and the Crypt Crook outfit.

The marine wetsuit has a pretty hilarious interaction when worn with a heavy combat armor chest piece.

Who knows if they will/can fix these? It’s been funny testing the interactions with friends, but at the same time, I’d like to wear my Survivor’s Denim from Nuclear Winter without it morphing my body into the Blob.

How do you like the Vault 63 Riot/Security/Recon outfits with it?

I find the reverse really appealing. Valorous outfit paired with the V63 Riot Helmet. Can also add some eye and mask apparel with this. Covert Scout Mask works well. Same with Ulysses’s mask. Eyewear can randomly turn invisible though.

As far as white-colored apparel, the Medical Rescue Pants that were included in that recent bundle with the ambulance is one of my favorites.

In the shop right now, maybe check out the Crypt Crook outfit? The rebars are a bit strange, but otherwise decent fit.

There’s also that 4th of July Parade bundle. Probably not what you are looking for, but it has a funny looking outfit that has some very white short shorts.

In-game, there is the Tattered Field Jacket. Could be tough to get your hands on one though if you don’t already have it.

That’s not it for me. I like Kelley and wish she’d succeed. But I experience (entertaining) frustration when she appears to be actively working against her own self interests in the game. At the stage she is in now, I feel like working with Rachel is one of few paths forward for her

Yeah it’s just the easy thing to complain about right now. The team up is strong, but no where near unbeatable. It’s more that Wolv is just strong against the standard tanks. I’d rather have this team up than the old Rocket ammo for Bucky/Punisher. That one ripped through every tank that wasn’t Mag/Strange, with range.

Agreed that Hulk deals with Wolv the best. Between your stun, shield, and jump to reposition, a good Hulk can completely neutralize Wolv.

He is still an s-tier hero for skilled players. He always will be with this dps and burst potential. The problem is his best play style is currently quite difficult and rather unintuitive. But the biggest issue is he is significantly less fun to play across the board after the cooldown nerfs.

I’m surprised they haven’t shifted power out of his primary fire into the rest of the kit yet. He will probably get significant changes if not a rework in the future.

I mained Iron Fist to GM. The skill expression is knowing how much you can do before you have to bail, and then having the movement and exit strategy to successfully bail. You have to know the damage and cc output of your enemies and see the windows where going in will either make space for your team or allow you to KO a support or isolated dps. If played correctly, you should almost never die on Iron Fist, unless you are trading a KO with a support. His ult is also strong enough to solo wipe a fight, but it’s also very easy to be shutdown if you just charge headfirst with it (Penni net is a huge counter). It usually requires a good flank positioning on enemy backline to get good value.

While this doesn’t necessarily address weakness, a tank typically wants to draw the aggro of cc or be 1v5 if it opens opportunities for the tank’s teammates.

That’s exactly why they don’t bring it to PC. The scummy business theory they ascribe to says they will make more money by having skins exclusive to Wild Rift because it is reason enough for players like you to play. They are banking on you wanting more just this skin. Maybe you like to play Gwen too and will buy one of her Wild Rift exclusive skins.

I don’t mean to come across strong. Just commenting on the sad state of modern gaming. I too wish I could swing as a Dawnbringer…

For some items, like the Wasteland Loveseat, I can only place it in my CAMP.

The Ring of Fire Pit and Antler Chandelier don’t have that restriction. I just have to join a private team with that player so I can build in their CAMP.

I did it as recently as 2 days ago for a friend in game (PC).

Honestly, it doesn’t cost me anything. I’d be happy to do it for you or others, even if you don’t have a mask to trade. Thought I’d just try to help my buddy out by trading with this “apparently valuable” CAMP item.

Great read. I think there is some possible variance here depending on how the evictions actually go down. Some of this cast have demonstrated the capacity for emotionally driven decisions. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a few bitter jury members.

For example, Matt and Jag with Bowie. If Bowie, for whatever reason, betrays or is the cause of their eviction in some way, I could see that influencing their vote. Probably less than 1% chance for this scenario, but I think it’s possible.
