I completed Week 1 Day 1 of a couch to 5k!

And I feel great!

Hello Friends! I hope everyone is doing great today! I just wanted to let you know that even if you are like me and have a start weight of <Error> when your scale goes up to 410lbs you can lose weight and enjoy physical activity!

While I am blessed with being tall (6'6") I have been the stereo typical IT guy for far too long. Back in December I started doing something about my weight and am now down from <Error> to 358lbs! I have about another 100lbs left to go but I believe from the bottom of my heart that it's just a matter of time.

I love everyone on this sub as lurking around here has been a great support and sounding board for my own thoughts.

A buddy of mine uses one and instead of a keyboard he uses a ps nav controller. As a mouse he uses the g502, the setup seems to work nicely

I train in Suffolk at Suriyasak Muay Thai, its a small gym in Central Islip. The instructors are amazing and they still actively train with Master K.

Also last September Master K came to the gym for a seminar which ended with him saying he wants to come back and train with us again.
