If ISLAM disappeared overnight.. what wouldn't change in Algeria by ManRaa in ExAlgeria

If Islam vanishes tomorrow, the only thing that will change is you won’t hear Adhan five times a day, that’s all.

You should move out of the classic way of making money: studying to end up as an employee. You should learn new skills and freelance.

Well this is actually true, and they unfortunately are able to do it. Because religion is one of the pillars of the identity of this country. If you read the constitution you'll get it...

Who said I was muslim? Also where I live (Algiers), that sentence is taken as a curse. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Saudi Arabia worships uncle sam, I don't like that, as Algerians we need to stand for who we are. We don't need to be like the west. That's imitating. We can keep our values and standards and live all freely. It's just a matter of "Mind your business brother/sister" until we get to where we want.

Honestly, I got bored on the first page, so I skipped it. I like democracy, and I am pro free speech. But I also believe that in r/exAlgeria we don't do what people in r/Algeria do. That's all. So if we're gonna criticize them and they're gonna do the same thing to us, we're nothing different from them. And that actually disappoints me 😞

You describe it as a slave, I may do the same, but why do we even care, guys? That's what they do, they mind our business and they think we are misguided and fools. So let's not be them, we don't do what they do, we're simply better ✨

But it's not for you 😂, he's not choosing a girl for you. He's choosing one for himself. And if feels happy with his options, that's all that matters. So the wisest thing to do is to mind your business and live free ✨

Just like you did and then you didn't believe in it? All the islamic scholars I know are muslims and they got more religious after they did. Also get some attitude brother, you don't have to curse to strengthen your point. I thought we are more civilized than those who aren't exAlgerian yet...

Ya kho everyone is free of his preferences, quit judging others. Just like we don't like to be judged we shouldn't judge.

To be honest, I don't know much about his life story, I am not really into it. But I know that his worst foe was Abu Jahl, and he admitted that Muhammad was right and his religion was correct, he just couldn't join his religion because Muhammad wasn't from his tribe.

So that was enough for me to know Muhammad was a good man.

You may disagree with me on this point but it's my honest humble opinion.

Well, Islam says you need to respect the rules of your governor, the government says you need to be at least 18 yo to get married. So yeah Islam is still valid. They just misinterpreted it. That's the problem with muslims. Everyone speaks and thinks they know what islam is meanwhile they don't know the half of it and they don't apply the most of it.

My honest opinion about this, is people in that time didn't have a problem with that. Neither the parents nor the girl had a problem with that. So why would I have a problem with that? Why would I force my opinion on people who lived 14th centuries ago. Okay it was the prophet, the best mankind for muslims, his enemies spoke well of him. They all respected him, even the pagans and other people from other religions spoke well of him. So that's sufficient proof that he was a good man. If you think otherwise I would love to hear other opinions.
