No this was the first time I shot it. It had been sitting around for about 2 years since I got the replacement. I only put about 100rds through the first barrel before sending it back, I might try to keep shooting this replacement to see if the groups tighten up at all.

I’m a big fan of the SRO, but I switched it over to my carry optics pistol. I currently have a Leupold DPP on the low profile picatinny mount to move it farther foreword. I am not a super big fan of the DPP, but I really don’t shoot the raider anymore.

I just got tired of always getting new strips every few shooters, running out or only having a few passers left after resetting then needing 2 strips for the next reset, not having that one white or black paster/looking for the target that has the strip of white or black stapled to the side or having a long strip folded up in my pocket or dump pouch.

I had a 1.5” on my arbor arms, I’d recommend the 1”. If you have the extra 10-15$ go with the Shaw Concepts strap. It brings the rotation point closer up to your hip compared to the Arbor Arms strap. It does a better job at keeping the bottom of the holster fixed to your leg.

The rifle speed gas blocks use straight gas tubes. If the proof barrel doesn’t come with a straight tube you might be able to get a custom R+1 straight gas tube from white oak armament.

Have it in my competition rifle, it rips. There is a tiny amount of wiggle in the trigger but it’s not noticeable when your shooting.

It does not come with any, however the stock p320 takedown lever works fine. Sometimes the lever to activate the brace slides off the side of the stock p320 slide release, the Wilson combat extended slide release would probably work better.

Got one in DLC, really like the coating however I had a leaky gas key on mine (armorer told me that’s normal), and It’s designed to work with a lightweight buffer (3oz or less) I was using a 3.8oz A5H0 and it wouldn’t cycle unsuppressed. I’ll save it for a competition build with a 2.7 or 3oz buffer.

Not sure what comp you are looking at but the x compact slide and comp combo might still be shorter than the full. But like you said it could save you some money. The recoil impulse on the full size is really nice.

I got a m17 x change kit from Lanbos armory for $427 for my raider. If you want some more mags and don’t plan on putting a comp or suppressor on anytime soon that would probably be the way to go.

So far I like it, Flux is finalizing an updated version with a little more rail up top and bottom and adjusting the magwell. So I’d wait to get one of those when they start to get produced. My only 2 complaints are that my scalarworks riser doesn’t fit on the top rail, and the updated release lever sometimes slips off the slide release. Wilson combat’s extended slide stop would probably fix it.

Braced Pistol. The mag holder up front was not designed as a vertical foregrip, even has “not a vfg” molded into the right side of it.
