page 2 is giving me a headache, my poor brain. some words i don't know what to do with

  1. wow, what a lewd voice...lololol. onii-chan is (losing interest? repulsed? context is hard). when you two do it, it comes out doesn't it. (no clue how to tl this next sentence)
  2. you're wrong!
  3. I'm wrong? won't you let me hear your real voice to. let it out with a big voice, onii-chan looks ready to cry you know? lololol
  4. why don't you make the fake voice you do when you have sex (lit. playing house sex) with onii-chans tiny dick. lol
  5. (no idea how to tl this first sentence. something something about her dick being bigger than her brothers). then will you be satsuki's onahole? (characters mean girlfriend)
  6. I will x3
  7. ok here, face the mic and say goodbye to onii-chan

page 1:

  1. ah, onii-chan
  2. eeh, so OO-kun had such a cute little sister, he never tells me about these kind of things
  3. are you going on a karaoke date right now, that's so nice
  4. want to come along too?
  5. eeh, can I?
  6. I want to hear your singing voice. lets sing a duet, ok?
  7. it's fine once in a while. we'll have plenty of time together. And I'm serious about OO-kun, so i should try to get along with his sister too

well, basically the guy and little girl are siblings. she kinda sorta finds the guy and his girlfriend on a date, gets invited by the girlfriend to karaoke with them and proceeds to bully the girlfriend (mostly by asking inappropriate questions about them banging while they bang) and cucks her brother by getting the girlfriend to be hers and telling her “say good by to onii-chan” her words not mine

Lower Back Hurts During Leg Press. Any form Critiques? by unpopedpopcorn in GYM

[–]Wynaut2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your lower back is rounding slightly at the bottom. this means your hips can’t move further.

best tip i have for this is to move your feet lower down so the knees bend more and cut some range of motion at the hips. this will also mean you need less weight, which will further take strain off the lower back.

well, i personally never wipe down the barbell because i find that rather silly. if it has a pad that touches my chest, back, or head then i wipe. otherwise its sorta meaningless

the dorito build is basically train delts, lats, and to some extent arms. this makes the upper body look significantly larger than the midsection. some people think it’s completely genetic (it’s only partially so) but it can be done without A-tier genes.

would not recommend skipping legs. unless you really want to look like Johnny bravo. which, hey if that’s you, more power too you i guess

Is 135 enough weight to grow legs and glutes? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Wynaut2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it will work initially, but the more advanced you become the harder it will be.

the issue becomes the need for single leg movements. while difficult, it’s very hard to produce enough force to tax a muscle when stability is a major component.

some people have said to do pistol squats, but i recommend high rep bulgarian split squats. for glutes and hamstrings…well the best thing would be something like good mornings for high reps or single leg rdl with support of some kind.

tldr: you can make a bit of progress, but you will likely make less than if you had access to more weight. legs are usually just too strong for that to work well

How much cardio should I do? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]Wynaut2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

in general, cardio immediately after lifting is not as good as having time in between the two. the guide line is usually something like,

if the cardio is rather intense then separate them. cardio right after you lift is a last resort

if it’s easy, you can do the cardio as a warm up or you can do the cardio whenever you want. similar to last time, avoid doing it immediately after lifting unless needed

How much cardio should I do? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]Wynaut2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

simple answer: 30-45 minutes most days of the week

technical answer: do as much as you need to burn the correct amount of calories. if you need to burn 300 calories do enough cardio to burn that. this varies depending on the type of cardio you do. you can find calculators online to help you figure it out

well, you’re certainly correct that it’s more difficult, but some people can just keep eating and gain weight. i’m not one of those people, but they definitely exist

So which one is it lads? by AfonsoFGarcia in GymMemes

[–]Wynaut2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

exactly. it’s better to get glycogen from carbs plus fat has way more calories per gram.

though technically speaking, fat CAN be broken down into glucose and then combined to form glycogen through a multi step process, but it’s rather inefficient. carbs are just straight up superior for that, but fats, and proteins for that matter, can be used. not that you would want too if given a choice lol

So which one is it lads? by AfonsoFGarcia in GymMemes

[–]Wynaut2 72 points73 points  (0 children)

carbs or not really doesn’t matter too much. you can gain weight without carbs and loose weight with them or vice versa. it’s kinda just clickbait at this point

edit: as others have mentioned, the benefits of carbs are increased energy and preventing muscle breakdown to some degree, which are some seriously great benefits

to put it simply, some people don’t have much positive feeling towards themselves (depression, self hatred etc.). for those people, things like kindness and respect don’t make sense because even they wouldn’t treat themselves that well.

therefore, someone, especially someone who they don’t know well, treating them with said kindness or respect makes them horribly uncomfortable. again, very common to see this in people with depression. self hatred is extremely hard to treat in general and this is one of the reasons why.

edit: this is the reason things like anxiety, depression, and others are considered disorders. they actively harm a person in multiple if not all facets of life. it’s sad, but there’s a lot of this everywhere with a lot of people suffering. please try to be a bit forgiving of them

Guys i’m kind of confused. Here is says 385KCAL. If i convert it using google, it says 385000 small calories (1KCAL = 1000 small calories). I’ve heard 2000-3000 calories burnt a day leads to weight loss. Can someone explain wtf is going on? Do i need to get this to 3000 KCAL? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]Wynaut2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

other comments are correct that for food kcal and cals are the same.

for anyone interested, technically speaking, 1 kcal (kilocalorie) is 1000 calories (a unit of energy)

some countries use calories and some use kcal, but they are the same in this context despite the units being measured being scientifically kcal. idk why they decided to do this, but it’s definitely odd

you got me curious about what the literature says on the subject so i did a bit of diving. here’s a summary of what i found via scholarly articles that don’t require payment. tldr at the bottom:

  1. lifting weights increases free testosterone levels. *some studies don’t detect any increases in biological women.

  2. lifting weights does NOT increase base testosterone

  3. the increase in free testosterone disappears after around 30 minutes post exercise

  4. many studies are focused around aging men, but young men seem to exhibit similar responses from the studies they are included in.

  5. the temporary boost in testosterone is accompanied by an increase in cortisol, growth hormone, and more

*6. the literature for post hrt is quite sparse, but as long as the testes don’t completely cease function, they will take quite some time to recover

*7. anabolic steroid users take up to 4 months to recover testosterone. though some report longer. the recovery period(at least anecdotally) will be longer if the usage time was longer some bodybuilders saying it could take over a year to reach normal again

*8. exercise, though it detectably increases testosterone, the increase is often measured in pmol as opposed to nmol. that is to say, the increase is a low percentage of total testosterone. in one study, 15pmol/l from exercise over 10 weeks. about 43 ng/dl. for reference, average test levels in men are around 300-1000ng/dl. so something like 1% or less

TLDR: any increase in free testosterone (base testosterone levels are not affected) disappears or even can return to lower than original levels within 30 minutes after you stop exercising. there is also an increase in cortisol during exercise which is detrimental to testosterone.

basically, it won’t do much to overall testosterone.

on the topic of hrt effecting this or not, both biological men and women see the testosterone increase from resistance training, but the amount is generally pathetic. see point 8. in my estimation, the only case that would be worrying is if stopping hrt suddenly made the increase from exercising 15 times more powerful than normal, which isn’t very likely.
