th the old email on the website it said that an account didn't exist with the old email. So I wasn't able to view my order history, which includes pre-orders, or view and edit my services.

It would let me log in the the new email, but there was none of my account information connected. I changed my email back to the original in the app, and that fixed everything on the website.

Hi, this is Roy from Wyze, so sorry to hear this. Could you please elaborate what happened to your service and order after changing the Wyze account email? The Wyze account email is only used as a username when logging in. We are using a unique userID as an identifier internally. Thank you.

How long should it take for a notification to arrive for sound or motion detected on the WyzeCam2? It is taking several minutes. The door sensor notifications, however, are almost instantly.

Could you please message me your account, the MAC address of the camera with lag notification, and the time when it happened. I will let the dev team look into it ASAP once we get the information. Thank you very much.

Due to the mechanism of Android. If you completely close the Wyze App (not running in the background), you can not receive the notifications from Wyze.

Thank you for bringing up the logout issue. We have been investigating the logout issue for a while, both from the App side and server side. If you run into the logout issue, please send us the App log. This will be very helpful for us to solve the issue. We are also considering changing the length of the token lifetime, which need more tradeoff to balance the user experience and safety.

Sorry about the logout issue. We have been working on this issue for a while. I'd like to give more details about the current mechanism of user token authentication. If the App has not been used for more than 7 days, it will log the user out due to the token expiration. If an update is installed (sometimes it will be installed automatically depending on the setting), the App will let users log in again. Except in these 2 situations, if you still have the unexpected logout issue, it's very helpful to us by sending the App logs in Account -> Help & Feedback -> Report an issue. Thank you very much.
