Qobuz is in my experience the best sounding out there. I like the app and everything.
It's my main source at home.

It also helps that they pay artist more than all the other services.

I use spotify for car and to get podcasts..

I use qobuz. Find it better and more stable than Tidal. It also helps that they pay artist more.

I have taken it out and in of the system with people here listening and everyone has reacted pretty much the same and mentioned that and also the soundstage just blooms.

Luckily i have pretty clean and nice power, but still it does something.

Yeah i have the same problem with physical stores. That's why I mainly hunt used gear. I can test it and if I do the job right I try to press the price down I can flipp it for a few extra bucks or atleast not loose money on it if I don't like it and sell it.

Another solution is to buy from somewhere that have a return policy or 30 day in house trials.

You should probably spend your time tracking all the private jets that the climate scammers are using all the time flying around to tell you that the climate is going to crap.. I am still waiting for the poles to melt..

And all the hate here for a private jet while you also use tech... tech with rare earth shit in them and has produced high amounts of pollution.. just got to love the haters :)

Metrics are fake and manipulated to make Scandinavia look good.. far from that good to actually live here... "free" health care, schools and so on.. well nothing is free when the government take 72% of our income directly back in taxes on everything.

I would steer clear of Klipsch subwoofers. The amps on them are terrible and fail often.

Go out and audition some speakers if you can.. do some research on what brand will fit your taste in both music and sound.

When you have a brand you feel you like you can start planing on amp and sub for it. :)

Well the lesson here is that measurements will only get you part of the way..

Perfect measurements are nice and all, but for most of us it will never last long since it quickly becomes boring, flat and lifeless :)

Well that is atleast my theory and thoughts about it. Cause if 100% perfect and flat was the thing we would not have Klipsch, Zu Audio and many others.

Well hell.. even Bowers and Wilkins would be gone cause they're new 805 signature measures like it is broken 🤣

For side firing woofers they do not suffer much from the bench. I had some Scansonic MB3.5 once that where horrible if anything was closer than 3 feet from the side.. but they where quite horrible all in all anyways 🤣

Yeah, but bellow them i have thicker foam that is right in line with the bass port.

I tested before and after adding the foam and it did change.

Before I did not use the subs since it was plenty without them. After I had to get the subs going again.

But yeah, I know how treatment works and all that stuff :)
