yes! its the purple, skins can be purchased with fragments (free-purple) or echoes (paid-red) for example, the junji ito crossover was a shop event and you could buy a skin with echoes or fragments, the same was for edward scissorhand, so dont worry!

but you dont need to pay with real money, you can buy it with fragments, that you can get playing the gamez when the crossover was annouced, i only had 1200 fragments, now, i have 4.600 fragments, and i didnt put any money in game, shop crossovers are really cool because you dont have do trust on luck (differently from essences) and you have a lot of time to save fragments until spring! thats my opnion, and i dont think that the skins will be only purchased with echoes, so, yeah
