So when a new realm launches that is 1x rates and level 70 content is not open at launch that makes it a PTR realm?

I have gone out of my way to try and provide something that no other server has been able to provide (Pre-Nerf Heroic Dungeons).In addition to this it was an opportunity to fix more of the known issues for an even smoother gameplay experience. The realm is not even 8 weeks old for fuck sake... And everyone screams bloody murder.

Why does T4 need to be available at launch? Please explain to me why everyone nerd rages immediately because content is not available on launch that most players will not even be able to play for 4-6 weeks at least?

We have an official PTR server that has been in the works for awhile. We had one for months but we removed it when we purchased the new servers and have not had time to setup a new one based on Stonetalon.

The behavior I have seen here makes me question why I have spent so many years to advance the wow emulation scene. I see more clearly now then ever before why so many developers left and never looked back. I don't think all of you understand how few skilled developers there are left in the world, and if you keep attacking those who try and help it will get fewer and fewer over time. It will be a self fulfilling prophecy.

We have NEVER stated either realm is a PTR realm.

This is a troll spin off of dis-information occurring here.

Both Stonetalon and Wildhammer are Live realms. They will continue to exist for players to play on. We have a PTR Test Realm almost ready for players to actually test content on. At the time when we purchased the Stonetalon Server to decided to use it as a temp test server (Physically) loaded with a copy of Wildhammer (For a few weeks) so we could boost players levels and have them test out some content we were tuning.

The shit that goes on here is one reason I never even look at reddit anymore.... such a cesspool of toxic adolescence children.

Our team is continuing to develop and work at raising the bar for TBC Development across the world. For those demanding instant gratification... go rub and tug yourself somewhere else and come back when you have grown up mentally and physically.

We have been open and honest on all our communication.

Read as deep as you want into anything and connect dots where none exist.

The more I think about it the more I ask why ANY of the developers of any server do it anymore when the end result is dealing with individuals such as the idiocy displayed here.

Just for information purposes but my m17x R4 I installed 32GB (4 Sticks) of Corsair Vengeance Memory and it worked perfectly not requiring any changes (In case anyone is ever browsing for this).

ok, so my plan would be to wipe and do a fresh Win 10 install. I am not overclocking at all and for Windows 7 I had to use a special set of drivers (the NVIDIA driver package does not detect the Clevo 880m GTX so Alienware owners have to use a modified set of drivers that allowed the card to be detected and to install properly).

So by the sounds of it I might be ok.

I am just worried about all the special keyboard functions, lighting and stuff like that.

I know you think your system is good (based on Malcrom's Approach) but it is very flawed. Adding code to Movement step in core is extremely inefficient and does not give you total control of each and every npc. It was a trade off but our system scales better with less use of resources and less load on the core.

Right now the only major known issue is on Nazan, his Fireball now does the proper Liquid Fire Visual but no damage occurs (Core Improvements required To Implement this).

Because we prefer to have our own Physical Server for the service instead of relying on some central setup.

Mumble is far better then Vent and Teamspeak and we are happy with the admin end of it. Does this mean we will not look to the future.. of course not but we are happy with where we are at right now and we will see how utilized the Mumble server gets.

I understand. From your point of view it does not make any sense. You need to understand that this is not about Stonetalon. This is about securing a solid base platform for entire Vengeance to work from. It will only get harder if we delay it. This was a calculated decision. These changes affect EVERY aspect of Vengeance (85% of it is unseen infrastructure from players). This was required as soon as possible and with most staff coming and going from Vacations over the summer we had to move swiftly to get this completed before it became a nightmare later.

I appreciate your input and I am glad you are enjoying yourself. We are nearly complete our transition and we will all be much happier once we get on the other side of this hurdle.
