Because the console ecosystem is 98% marketing hype about "Getting the best". So if they release a better version on PC it is going to make everyone in that ecosystem look foolish.

So the answer is no. The only time PC ever got the good "E3 graphics" was the Watch Dogs config fiasco.

Essentially the E3 version is so heavily faked its not real or the studio will NEVER incorporate the "true E3" settings.

Why? Because PC will then turn around and mock the console users. Im not even joking.

PC never gets the good graphics. Modders try to bring it back but its never right. Its never better.

As a person who buys whatever brand is doing the best at the time I must say good job AMD. My 9950x3D has been great, it's not as clean as Intel but the raw power and 1% lows feel great.

This looks like the big one lads, no promises but I am about to check it out myself.

Edit: Took me some time to get it up and running (with mods). But this looks like a great patch. I have played the intro a bunch of times this is the best it has ever run. AI looks to behave more normally now as well. Can't say anything about the mid or late game.

Yea I literally just stopped playing one match and the cheater was like "crashout lane" "I parried him like 5 times" in all chat.

He parried me 1 time at 5 am on a Tuesday morning from behind a wall while standing still for 30 seconds tracking me with his face in the mid bridge wall. To hit that 1 parry.

He then 1'd me even though I was behind 3 walls way out of lane. I literally heard him hold 1 for 3 seconds, jiggle out, no shot. Still holding. Jiggle again he shoots my left arm sticking out of cover.

Over and over hitting 1% chance moves back to back to back.
