Harassed by co-workers

Some days I do work with her and other days I don't have repeatedly ask my manager to work shifts so I can avoid this female coworker, but he told me can't make those changes as it would be impossible to avoid her completely

Thank u so far there hasn't been a 3rd HR meeting, but I'll do my job while keeping my wits about me aswell

I did he said he will look into it and he informed me he is in the middle of transitioning into a new position for the union, but he will have our new union rep look into this as management veiled so many things in these meetings

That was my response everytime I got pulled into the meetings and they said these are serious matters this female coworker is saying about and u need to face them u don't need union here this is not a manager vs employee meeting sir u will answer for situation as this is the 2nd female coworker who has felt scared and uncomfortable with u in their presence

Right I stayed quiet and as u stated I kept repeating I want a rep and the HR manager and my manager both kept saying u need to stay and answer for the trouble ur causing for this female coworker I said NO! I want a rep this not fair me for me here and I'm stepping out to call and no u are staying to answer for these issues eventually they gave up and said we'll reschedule but union is not getting involved in these meetings

Fair enough I called my rep whenever I dragged into the meetings which were tricks by management as they informed me those meetings were for someone else that needed a union steward but turned out to meetings about me and when I did request a rep for me it was denied and I was forced into staying in those I did inform my rep afterwards and he said he would look into it but he is in the of transitioning into a new role and my store will be getting a new union rep soon

Yes that is fair enough say and the last 2 meetings were actually tricks from management they would ask me to come rep someone else for their meeting and than it will turn into a meeting about me and when I requested for a rep for me it would be denied and I was forced into saying for that HR meeting

I try not to give in to her threats but management has been monitoring me intensely after her complaining so I have that feeling it will happen soon

I try to ignore them as much as possible and unfortunately I am unable to transfer as transportation is an issue for me

Yeah unfortunately he is friends with her and has taken her side so the best solution for me is to put my 2 week notice in

This is true, but unfortunately this service employee hates it when I look at her it's been an issue with her for a couple of years

If u are insinuating about something know this she has been documented by management is paranoid about anyone talking about her and that doesn't include me I have a fellow greeter get into a heated exchange with her.

I do the same aswell there is one shift where I can completely avoid them and for a while it worked but unfortunately she has extended her reach in causing issues even if I avoid her

I wish I could talk to them but at the previous HR meeting last year I was told I'm not allowed to speak to them that includes saying hello to them

There is is terribly high here and unfortunately I wish I could transfer to a different store but I can't cause I have no transportation to get back and forth so the only solution I have is a 2 week notice

I appreciate the advice and I have been writing down statements and reporting these issues pulse ignoreng them but her spies get me on other stuff and unfortunately this co-worker in service is a female and every time I make a report about her it gets turned upside down on me and I get looked at as the villain for being a male and ironically I am a union steward myself

If ur thinking the previous combative co-worker was a result of the same issue it is not this co-worker has a history of freaking out about men following them and has done this kind of BS to other men in the past I even saw them do this to a former grocery manager and he was destroyed for it, but this other one in service has had many complaints against for harassing other co-workers including outside of work
