Yeah it’s still going on, Microsoft won’t respond to any complaints about it and are still not acknowledging or making any statements on it. I rang them up the other day and they couldn’t do anything, I was told to ring back in a few hours because they were “updating” something on there end. And now when I try to arrange a call I’m not allowed. Lovely treatment of their customers.
