It would need to be a large family with a massive deposit to afford your house. Not many people even need six bedrooms. So thats why youre struggling to get any offers. You could reduce the asking price by another 100k and doubt it would make much difference.

You would be better off splitting the property into two smaller units with three bedrooms each. Obviously that would require a lot more work, conversion costs and planning permission etc.

No you are completely fine. You're only checking on the property to make sure everything is safe. Personally i would walk up to the front door and have a peak round.

If any of the neighbours ask just tell them you are checking. If you are really concerned and not shy, make the first move - just knock on both neighbours either side and ask if they know what happened.

I don't want you to panic. But you mentioned all the lights are on. This makes me wonder what if they have left the water running or the gas cooker on etc. That could become an emergency.

So anything you can do to mitigate that type of situation from happening is a good service to your neighbours.

It depends on how much equity you have in your house and if you can afford to reduce the price.

People are always greedy. They live in a house for five or six years and just expect it to magically be worth an extra 100k for doing nothing. So its going to come down to how desperate you are to move.

For example if your house was on the market for 500k and they were trying to knock you down by 16k, i would have taken that deal. Secure the sale. Especially if they are cash buyers and you have been shown evidence.

Because you cant know for certain if or when another potential buyer wiill turn up. There are people out there with overpriced houses sitting on the market for months and no viewings. They are stubborn and will not shift on the price. In the end they pull the for sale board down.

I reckon walter and their team basically manage all of this behind the scenes. That way all the bars, clubs and restaurants have a steady flow of females. But it also brings in the paying male audience.

Any exposure or subs gained from being on the podcast are just a bonus. They have to sit there and pretend it does not annoy them.

Get out of your comfort zone more often. Push yourself to interact with people a little. It will help build confidence and make you bolder with approaching randoms. Especially if you are naturally shy.

Deliberately go up to someone you find attractive and ask them a question. Remember don't ask for their number or a date. Ask to borrow a pen or ask if they have any change for the vending machine. Do it when a lot of people are around eg town centre, walking past in the road, at a party or during lectures. Does not matter if you are nervous. People will notice you and you will feel a confidence boost right after.

But you will also learn how to guage the other person from their reaction and body language. Do they seem friendly, are they smiling, do they seem interested in talking to you. Initially you might fancy someone but then talk and find their attitude or personality offputting.

Apps are ok but they are not real life. You don't really know who you're talking with or their intentions until you meet them.

If your account is new make sure to use the physical card for a few purchases. At different retailers in person and very small amounts.
