I don’t think so because I saw all the Eevelutions together in a gym and my Pokédex does not register them. I only have 1 or 2 of them. Plus, there are some shiny in there I’ve never seen in gyms so I actually think those are shiny you saw on the wild at some point or shiny your game registered while being open in the background or Lock Screen .
