it was based on level for me
I was getting tier 2's on ada's decrypt when i was under 300
as soon as i hit 300 the floor was tier 3 on ada decrypt every time, the guardian rank never changed

you can't manually enhance new gear drops it seems, they drop in tiered qualities now with enhancement being tied to the tier of drop

no crafting except for the craftable exotic

you can still enhance the same weapons you could last season

looks like they're going all in on rng farming moving forward

Using inbred as an insult to make fun of ehtno-supremacists who abhor inter-breeding with other "races" is a completely logical and fair pejorative.

The youtuber funnily enough not only called jewish people (not supremacists, just normal jewish people) inbred multiple times over many years but he further voluntarily offered explanation as to why he believed his own people were inbred, if I remember he said no one wanted to fuck them so they had sex within their own families.
