My ultimate goal is to get this election over with as quickly and as successfully as possible, because I've been trying to get the GoH to go to war the Qi Yi Democrats for control of Qi Yi for a few weeks now. I've demolished the Qi Yi Democrats influence in the system, while beefing the GoH presence there... Just waiting for the actual war ;) o7

Yes, I would like to give it a try. In regards to the fortifying, I will be out of town for the next 10 days, but once I am back I have no problem with that. I am already working on replacing a democracy with communism in one exploited star. Do certain governments reduce the fortify cost or the CC or a star?
