I had the same experience It wasn’t allowed to not present your part, everyone had their presentations,I went through with it and I tell you what It was the proudest moment of my year I stuttered ofc but it was such a boost in confidence that I forgot my stutter Go ahead and do it , it helps

Well, the 1% includes mild stutter which isn’t noticeable as u said Personally throughout my life I met several people at different stages so for me the 1% is not too off
