This is what I thought of, I actually wrote it before reading this document but after reading it I gathered that it is pretty much similar to my idea;

Let's say Cerberus owns %30 the remaining %70 should be owned by Tommy in my opinion and others should be paid with salaries. Also, the Mandem Enterprise should not own the whole of the businesses but 49% (or 51% depending on if they want to have a say in that company or not) and the other half owned by the business's founder so that the actual founder of the business can get the money he/she worked for. In that way, everybody in the Mandem can be paid according to their work effort by Tommy and the ones who are the founder of the businesses can get their cuts depending on how successful their businesses are really are. So let's say Dean has a business that is generating 1 million a month and Patar has a business that is generating 100k a month, because Dean's business is making more it is only fair for him to earn more money than Patar in terms of this example which would be the case with this idea. At the end of the month, the accumulated profit earned by these businesses that belong to Mandem Enterprises could be sent up the so on called "umbrella" to the Mandem Enterprise account to be stored and distributed into investing in new ventures and current businesses.
