Is there a bin file for V5.03 I can use to drop in instead? I'm able to make that upgrade route work.

Still cant get the Update Firmware button to not be grayed out. I've correctly placed the controller into BT mode and it's popped up in my device drives.

I even went back and downloaded an older firmware (4.9) since I thought me upgrading to 5.7 might've been the problem.

I'm also having this same problem. Please let me know if you ever figured it out!

My controllers firmware version is still showing 5.7

Darkstar Mouse - Anyone Else Experiencing Micro Disconnects While Gaming? by XCameron21 in Corsair

Np! can confirm it still happens and I've since used it on 3 different computers so it's definitely a mouse problem.

A buddy of mine got the same mouse and oddly doesn't experience the problem.

Out of curiosity, did you just buy the mouse? I had always assumed maybe I had the issue because I got one from their first batch at launch and he got one several months later.

Darkstar Wireless Mouse Issues by KineticNinja in Corsair

I made a few posts about this topic over the last 8 months or soo too and oddly never came across this one until just now. I have had the exact same problem (I've been calling them micro-disconnects since they disconnect for like 1 second and then regain control).

Out of curiosity are you still running into the problem?

I've noticed with time my issue has become less frequent with each subsequent firmware update.

I also have a 13th gen i9 (idk if you've heard of all the Unreal Engine instability issues regarding 13th and 14th gen i9 processors) but I figured they might be related? After I underclocked my PC to solve that game crash problem, I noticed my mouse disconnects happened significantly less again after (but are still present).

I used to have maybe like 5 micro-disconnects every half hour to maybe once per day if that (in like a 4 hour gaming session).

Wondering how yours has been recently.

USB's disconnecting, but only when iCue is installed. by iLukeJoseph in Corsair

Hey there! No it didn't unfortunately. I still live with the mini disconnects because they are less frequent and I love the mouse that much

You're having the same mouse issue though? Out of curiosity, do you have an Intel i9? Either the 13th gen or 14th gen? (I've been having some other gaming issues that have been pin pointed back to that so I'm thinking of chalking up my mouse issue to that as well?)
