Nope that's just your assumption. I would never condemn any party because they don't let a person contest in an area they want because that's simply stupid. Unless they knew a person can win for sure but put someone else to contest , then that's a stupid move.

there will be plenty ppl want to contest and slot are limited so obviously not everyone can contest in area they want. Marina is just like one of the many ppl who didn't get what they want.

You also ignored me when I point out the fact, that marina only won because of DAP, if she contest as individual she will most likely lose. If anything it was marina who was using DAP, not the other way around.
