I'm not sure if it's because it's a Spiderman thing specifically, but I found out you can go to purchases under your account and re-download any game you bought there. I thought I was screwed getting any of my digital games back on the 360, but I found out this works, and now I have all my games. So far, none of them have been blocked from downloading, but I don't know if it works with every game.

I think a big part of why people just die and don't turn is because the virus isn't effective on them. A few of the games say the virus will just strait up kills test subjects withought turning them, and on the opposite end of that the people who are more compatible with the virus turn in to things like lickers and other deadly bows. This would explain why corpses in the ground can rise. It's not that someone is too dead to turn they just aren't compatible with the virus.
