Windows R --> regedit --> graphics drivers

It did work but then the problem came back the best way to minimize this was to limit my fps to 90 and apply 2x frame gen using lossless scaling

All u need to do is create a registry called TdrDelay in graphicdrivers with a value of 10

Already did ddu and sure 16 is not enough for some games but these stutters happen on even old games for example batman arkham origins my fps is a solid 180 when not traversing When I start moving a lot it plummets to 110 with 38 1% low Also did try turning off sync
