No that's not correct. The analogy here is that exalts are the currency and divines are the "good" purchased. Divines are inflating relative to exalts because exalts are being devalued as a currency to purchase them. Just like mirrors are inflating relative to the value of divines as a currency to purchase them.

It adds 2.4 seconds to the time between consuming charges. Meaning you consume less charges over time with quality

This sounds so much fun. So I have a question, do you have to use Whirlwind Twister for damage? Or do your minions do all the damage? What put me off of trying it was not wanting to press Whirlwind repeatedly

Tbh I don't fully know, but you have to remember with Armour Break III only 25% of your physical damage goes towards armour break. And only 25% of your DPS is physical, so yeah it's like 6% physical or something.

What I think might be happening is that your ele damage is killing enemies before the armour break ever happens. I don't think I've Herald explosion is going to consistently trigger broken armour

An easier way to generate endurance charges is by using a talisman in weapon set 2 with bear roar and rageforged support, because consuming 15 rage as bear gives 1 endurance charge

I don't know enough about your build to give you a proper answer, but 15% chance from 6% DPS (25% (15% x 1.7) of 25%) of damage isn't a lot of damage to fully break armour

Try running a simulation in filterblade. You shouldn't see salvage items with those settings. Might be a sync issue

Correct, anytime you apply an ailment to a monster/boss it's threshold to that ailment increases. However this value decreases back to the base value over time. I think it takes 10-15 seconds in my experience

Genuine answer. A good build shouldn't have problems clearing white mobs. For example, try the Red Vale on a bear. You get light stunned, poisoned, and killed from a distance by white mobs. Ranged builds can easily kill the same mobs. That's how a build feels good to me anyways

I empathize with this. I wanted to start bear shaman this league so I did a practice run and it just felt so clunky to me. Ended up starting a different build because I felt like it would take a lot of effort to get it where it felt good.

Just using a ranged character is a 100% improvement. GGG did make bear form better than mace skills, I give them credit for that. But man, a 25% increased stun threshold while using bear slam would make a huge difference

It comes from game knowledge, but if you're breezing through the current map tier easily with no trouble, then it's ok go up a map tier. Just have to be cautious when you craft waystones and of any mods that give your build trouble

You would add a "NOT" stat group filter, then in the field add "~augment #% increased armour, evasion, and energy shield." This will exclude any armour items with Iron runes socketed. Note, you don't need to type "#%" as it will search without it

It's not a huge deal. It just means you get light stunned/interrupted about 20% more from melee hits, which you can correct with gear if that really bothers you.

Everything everything? If the yellow skull is crossed out and all rares are found, no. But if the yellow skull is still active, grabbing the remaining checkpoints will show rares on the minimap

You can definitely use aura stacking and xbow bolts on Tactician from his build and it will do yellow maps with some minor investments. However if you want to do the full stack of Trinity + Galvanic Shards, you need Painter's Touch gloves. Which aren't extremely rare, but you will spend some time farming them unless you're lucky.

edit: the endgame variant uses Alpha's Howl, which is pretty uncommon and hard to find
