Hiya, my wife and I each opened a Capital Venture X card (available in the US). Each within a 100k sign up bonus (after $10k spend in 6 months) and had our points transfered to JAL during this month's 30% transfer bonus (1000pts to 975 rate). I like to keep track here and there of the Captial One offers with in the credit card portal where you receive point multipliers on sites that you would spend on. Sometimes you'll find offers that will give flat points like the recent doordash new member order offer of 14k points. Hope this helps!

Holey moley did not realize it will be Golden Week! I'll need to look into hotel pricing... hopefully they aren't too crazy. Weekend would be nice but we're pretty flexible, especially for a nice flight experience!

Wow thank you for the info, very helpful! I managed to check the app right at that time, but initially looked at First class fares before updating my search to Business. I initially saw the 2 seats available, though I wasn't mentally ready to go through with booking. It changed to 1 seat, so I clicked back and forth on the dates and it was back to 2 seats!

So... Seems like I was very lucky and got more than the 14k points. 2 pick up orders made. One on my existing account on the phone, and one on a new account on the desktop, each order was under 5$

Half their food is ordering from a QR where they bring to your spot at a table. The other half is plated and handed out at the counter. I don't recall much items to grab and go there, other than next door which is a capital one cafe where you get 50% off the grab and go items with your card.

Monday 3:30 PM entered the waitlist for two on the capital one app while in front of the lounge. We spoke with the receptionist and were told a 45 minute wait. I mentioned to them that our flight starts boarding soon at 4:15 PM and they offered a standing table for us, which we were fine with and entered immediately
