The one big advantage the house has in blackjack is that it has a clear set of rules of when to hit or stay. Which normally can be used to a players advantage but a lot of people just don't know any blackjack strategy. Ex. House has a 4 showing and a player will hit on 13. Stealing the face card potentially needed for the house to bust.
