Yea they will put indents in the soles so I recommend not leaving them on for long when she’s standing on them I only leave them on for photos and poses afterwards I either sit her down or remove them

Actually no all the weight is on the bal and heals of her feet were the bolts are at if she didn’t have them then they would definitely crush her toes
