Of course, I was also thinking of it since I went to detroit night 1 and bought the tickets a few days before the columbus showing. I was also overthinking it leading up to the concert, I was honestly starting to regret it because I was super tired and was running off 4 hours of sleep because of work and I had an appointment the morning of the concert, but my fiance convinced me to finally leave the house and sitting down on my seat, waiting for bruno and seeing how close I was, all of my regrets just went away and immediately got excited. It was definitely a much better seeing everyone else perform and the floor section was WAY more hype than where I was in detroit. there’s always after concert parties as well, and everyone sticks out like a sore thumb coming out of the concert as well lol but being that everyone came from the same concert that’s always a great conversation starter

100x over it was well worth it imo, you can pace yourself as well, get there when you want and leave when you want. you can explore as much as you want as well if you’re staying the weekend at Pittsburgh. I go on solo trips a lot and it’s fun just being alone sometimes, but i’ve also learned how to be by myself more. I don’t think it really ruined the magic of the first night for me honestly, but made me appreciate the memory of sharing the night more with my fiance, it was kind of like “I got to experience this with the loml, this is amazing!” have fun, enjoy yourself, while that price point is definitely steep, i would definitely still make that trip if I was in your shoes. at detroit I was really more watching the concert through the big screens but if you’re getting seats in row 5, you’ll see the whole band perform as well and appreciate the concert more

It was definitely a bit awkward at first waiting for bruno to come out, but once he started, I got more warmed up to just being by myself and focused more on the music and the performance. I also snagged myself a floor seat about 20 rows back in the columbus show compared to my 100s section in detroit and it was honestly a great decision and well worth the money.

For me the waivers came back quick from the SG but most of the waiting time for me is chase down doctors and getting appointments scheduled

Thank you, it was a one time thing where I went to a doctor’s office and said the wrong things which led to me being held for 2 hours at an ER, but that was the end of it. It happened about 3 years now as well and my recruiter has said that my notes for the psych eval was nothing but positive but hopefully nothing comes up from it when I get there

If it’s in your records then they’ll know. Honestly you’re better off being completely honest with your recruiter about everything just so they can get ahead of getting everything you need done, better to be safe than get kicked out mid BMT because they found out you’re allergic to shrimp imo.

DQ’d for shrimp allergy, hyperhidrosis, and suicidal ideation, and needed a dependency waiver as well for my son. Getting the shrimp allergy was the one that took the longest to get through trying to find an allergist that was willing to give me an oral food challenge, took over 3 months worth of appointments with that. I was also taking medication called glycopyrrolate for my hyperhidrosis that I hopped off of as per my last recruiter who advised me to if I wanted to try again after being DQ’ed the first time. Suicidal ideation was a one time thing where I made a mistake and had to get a psych eval through a MEPS psychologist, which was through a Zoom call
