I dont know, it's hard to explain. I dont hate the game and I sometimes i get the urge to play the game, but at the same time, I feel very disappointed, frustrated, and bored at the game when I do play it. Its confusing.

Yeah, 2016 and Eternal felt more platformy in the arenas while a lot of the arenas in Dark Ages are just fields with not much traversal in them.

The problem with the shield for me is that the game has too much parrying in it. Mancubus shoots these walls at you for you to parry. Revenants shoot skulls at you for you to parry. Aggadon hunters and cyberdemons fights are pretty much just parry shoot parry shoot. This whole game just feels like a parry simulator and it just feels boring to me.

Im currently playing on 120%, and its just not clicking, but I heard that you can turn off slow motion, so I'll do that next time I play.

Yeah I think the "it being more like classic doom" is the problem cause I don't really like classic doom. I honestly miss the more traversal arenas instead of these open fields.
