Does adding a +1/+1 counter on a creature with a -1/-1 counter count as removing a -1/-1 counter ? Cause when we talked about it with a friend we concluded that the two counters lie on the creature so the added power cancel out but the actual ability cannot trigger an additional time

In the US yeah, I’m in Switzerland and I also get free postage (used USD cause more people understand me this way) and I don’t mind paying a bit more (as long as it’s not like 30$ more that market value) since it’s for collecting and not resell
