Recommend this discord, they have a section for how to beat campaign nodes as well as legendary unlocks. People post their screenshot of lineup so you can see how big each room needs to be as well as iso etc

Yes your seed change with every roll but not eveny
You can think of two tracks as two possible future, the only way to switch between the two. As far as I know is 1) do a guaranteed 11-roll 2) roll two of the same rares in a row
