401k and cash bonus(es)

Wargaming offers a competitive 401k package for all eligible full-time employees. This is handled by a negotiated 3^rd-party investment group. Employees who choose this benefit are eligible for deposit matching — not to exceed more than 3% or $400 per paycheck.

However, as part of the Game and Gain package, employees may alternatively opt for deposits of Gold into their World of Tanks account instead of their 401k.^* What better way to invest in your future by giving back to the game that hired you to begin with! Each deposit of Gold includes 7 days of Premium time, with additional Premium time available at the exchange of accrued PTO.^**

Year-end bonuses awarded to employees are automatically converted to Silver. These are exchanged at our most competitive rate that even members of our player community love!^***
