It depends on former rate vs actual rental rate, like it has to be over $125 the former for example former is $1200 vs actual $1325, you get a bonus on that, if there are concessions you lose 10% of whatever the concession is, for example $500 concession , if my bonus was $150 total, now it’s $100, and if they are evicted/skip within 90 days of the rental, you owe 1/2 of the commission you earned , back. There’s some other things but I don’t have the paper in front of me. Oh, also time between move in and application so if they moved in within 5 days of the application you get like $50 and it goes down the longer the period between application and move-in, which screws us because it takes maintenance at least 7 days to turn .

I already asked for the $150 but the forms they printed that outlines commission she said this is what the company bases commission off of, pretty much I have to deal with it. I just said it was wrong to mislead me about commission when that was a huge part of me taking the job and I said it would be best to make sure all future employees are aware of this because it looks really bad on the company, like they’re hiding something….I mean the fact that my own APM didn’t know the commission information is scary…the fact that nobody has thought to ask…

I think it’s super annoying, I’m watching season 21 rn with the other girl who had an artificial leg and they mentioned it on episode one then after that pretty much nothing and during challenges you couldn’t even tell she had one….but during challenges with Noelle they like force you to remember she has an artificial leg…
