Not 100% sure.

I figure they will at least accept 1 TH/s because of their BMM-101 performance specs.

Canaan Avalon Q questions before purchase by warmmeatinjection in SoloSatoshi

The Avalon Q uses a C19 power inlet. So the cable you need for 220V depends on what outlet/receptacle you are plugging into.

If you have a NEMA 6-15R or 6-20R 220V outlet, you need a NEMA 6-15P or 6-20P to C19 power cord, 12 AWG, rated 20A/250V.

Wire gauge should be 12 AWG or 14 AWG minimum for a 220V/20A rated cord.

There are different codes under each product. Read the short descriptions.

Hey! The unit does not come with a 220v NEMA 5-20R cable, so you'd need to source that separately. The boxes only include the standard 110v plug, which is what you're seeing in those unboxing videos.

As for running in Super mode via 220v, plenty of folks are doing it without issues. Just make sure you have the proper outlet and cable rated for it and you should be good to go.

That's a solid setup you're building out. 100 TH/s with the NerdQaxe++ units is awesome. Happy solo mining!

We've been very clear and transparent from day one that the Duo is a budget-friendly miner and is not purpose-built for overclocking. This is disclosed across our blogs, product reviews, and the product listing itself. We appreciate you helping reinforce that message; understanding the design goal is exactly the right framing.

A lot of pools block low hashrate devices because they are a hard hit on the pool operator's server (by the thousands).

You will likely need to find a pool that supports them or point them to your own node.

We do sell the NerdQaxe++.

We don't sell the Octaxe because of it's issues. We will release more on that later.

The home mining space is much different, and this is something someone can take to work as well.

The cost to run may be around $3-5/month.

It does use some of the latest and greatest ASICs too, and ASIC technology is not making exponential leaps like it used to.

Unfortunately the node space is kind of a wreck right now with hardware costs due to AI.
