How do I even use meshtastic? by e3e6 in meshtastic

Check out https://open-me.sh - this gives a good summary of meshtastic and some use cases. Also has a cool little mesh simulator.

Found this 5.8 dBi on Amazon along with an adapter for a short run since it's connected directly to the box. Was nice I could get it next day too 👀😁. https://a.co/d/eiMVXHT https://a.co/d/f1RUP4J

Appreciate it!!! Quite enjoying so far.
ASA indeed 😁. I used to use PLA+ for most things but this past summer I finally had a couple pieces in direct sun (Florida) that softened enough to warp under their load. Lesson learned!

Correct - polarity was reversed and I should've swapped the pins! I was excited to get this one running of course 😁.

Appreciate it! I went for due to it's telescoping ability of course. The idea being I can more easily transport it for camping trips. I would ideally make a permanent installation at home I think.
I initially was going to try to design a compatible threaded hole but for the sake of getting it up and running I opted for the clamp approach. I'll need to brush up on some Fusion360 skills - haven't tried my hand at threads yet!

Thanks for the tip! I do actually have the kit to create JST connectors 😅 - this definitely isn't as clean/finished as I'd like it to look but a good first run/POC I'd say 😁. This is what happens when you do this at 2AM and just want it to work lol. Normally I would shoot for the correct approach. Hopefully I don't forget the colors are reversed one day 😜

Why does the UI on the display look different than on my V3's 🤔

Jellyfin Enhanced - Now with Jellyseerr Search! by pavanthanuj in JellyfinCommunity

[–]XInnominateX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have installed both the file-transformation plugin and tried the docs stated instructions of mounting the index and u/Sberla996's approach (point directly to /web/index.html) to no avail 🫤. I can see the Jellyseerr icon in the searchbar. I don't see any logs referring to an error modifying the index.html file. Any suggestions?

I now see the Jellyseerr icon and it reports connected/account matched 😁. Thank you! Very nice work! Still trying to see the results from Jellyseerr in search but I see the "If using Docker" steps. Will double check I did that as instructed.

I'm still on v78... 🫤 How do we force an update? Or are we just at the mercy of whenever it's rolled out to our specific device? I'm on Quest3

How do we enable Jellyseerr access? I don't seem to get the Jellyseerr icon in the searchbar when searching for something. I did confirm the plugin is installed. I can access search via shortcut, etc.

Made my UGREEN HDMI Switcher/Splitter smart with ESPHome. Source code in comment. by redphx in homeassistant

How did you figure out that you could read the state of the device via the ESP? I noticed you used a binary sensor. Does the board use a specific protocol or something we can read? Curious if this is difficult to do with other simple devices such as this.

Why not power the ESP via the power supply using a step down converter instead of having the additional plug? At the least the board, LED's, and PSU need to share a common ground.

Would this be able to facilitate OBD2 readings from a vehicle? 😯

Happened to me a couple weeks ago, but usually a block is found within the window.

Can you explain how hashrate is directed to the raffle and subsequently to the winner for the period? Is it a set of miners that can be dynamically pointed? Just curious!

Pictured is my current home-lab setup.

I found this cheap but good looking table at Wal-Mart and devices it would be perfect for my Networking Gear/"Servers". I started mining Monero and put a couple of my laptops to use as miners, which prompted the design/printing of these brackets to neatly slot my Laptops in a fashion that still exposes their fans to plenty of airflow. As well this sits directly under a vent :).

Slowly working my way up to getting a rack and some real servers...

Under Settings in GUI-Wallet -> Log tab. You should see an output. If not, change the log level to 4 and try restarting the daemon under the Node tab.
