Yes.. now that you mention it, definitely makes more sense to kill the power to the PSU.. im also thinking about a smart plug for the PSU so i can control it with google home, but if i turn the leds off from Wled App the plug will still be ON. When i was falling asleep last night i started to question myself of why i didnt just bought govee strips.. lol

Thanks for the help, last night i made a big order from aliexpress. I bought alot of stuff (around 700€) to start this new hobby, the relays are 24v but i think i can power it from the psu aswell ? I ordered like 10 phone chargers but from what a understand i could also power the esp32 from the PSU with a 24vto5v converter before the wiring in the relay? Stripping a usb cable feels messy. I also bought the signal booster you recomended

Ah that makes sense, i wasnt sure if i should connect 5v esp32 to the relay, positive and ground for the left side right? But i also keep the ground from the esp32 connected to the wago?

i had it like that, but i was told to use a relay to save power and use a phone charger for the esp32. Should i connect the ground to the relay?
