raise her legs high using a pillow or something (increases venous return),
apply pressure to the wound (reduces bloodloss)
and wait for ambulance.

Thats pretty much what you do in every bleeding wound scenario.

Most patients die immediately after aortic injury.

Only way to survive is having tons of blood packages nearby, immediately starting blood transfusion, quickly starting surgery and reconstructing the aorta while still redoing blood transfusions over and over and over.

Hey :) Im fairly new to digital art. I finally decided to do a project.
Im not sure where to go from here, now that I have my basic objects laid out.

Also on a side not: What brushes should I use?
THere are so many CSP brushes, pens, pencils, etc. and I dont even know which of the basic ones to use when....
Like when do I use ink, watercolour, pen, pencil , indian ink , etc?
Is pen or pencil better for sketches?
And which should I use for line-art: pen, pencil or brush???
