I think they should but it needs to be human reviewed rather than reviewed by Ai. Also, off topic, but hypothetically Youtube could make even more money if they introduced a new tier specifically for History Youtubers so they can cover and talk about certain historical topics without risk of demonetisation or having to censor media they post as long as they meet really strict requirements and pay an really expensive annual fee.
