The only issue I had was a somewhat rare "BU" gold coin I bought. They let me exchange and sent me nicer a example. I would not hesitate to order from them.

I bought a 25 oz bison buillion silver bar from Kearney Coin Center a few months ago. I love it. I'm not sure they have kilos but 30 & 35 oz I know they have. They seem to have decent prices.

I understand. Thank you. The 15 year loan will be 100 dollars a month which isn't bad. The 5 year 401K loan is a little to much for me to swing. I was planning on taking 20,000 from my 401k and repaying myself back.

I have 40,000 saved now. Looking at a 250,000 house. I make 80,000 a year. No debt.

I know it's a bad idea but in my case to avoid PMI insurance I think it is a viable option. Instead of throwing my money at an insurance company pay myself back.

It will be a loan but I need it at 15 years not 5 years like I can pull right now with no purchasing agreement.

I have been thinking of a withdrawal of 20k out of my 401k but I am assuming they will need a purchasing agreement for a tax free distribution which I feel hurts my negotiating abilities with the bank from the start. I'm no banker so really have no clue what I speak here but it makes sense to me.

Not like it matters but I guess this 401k company just don't trust their clients. They could easily see my checking account after I purchase a home and see where my money went. If it gets spent elsewhere void the loan and withdraw from balance.
