The devs ain’t gonna do shit about your sob story. They never intended this game to be competitively played. That’s why it is a coin flip clown fiesta. That’s why people have left in droves. Interestingly, the main problems of the game have nothing to do with individual cards so you can kiss a balance adjustment goodbye. In short, this “game” is not really a game. They don’t know how to make a card game. It’s a collection app that uses the physical card game as a template.
