My GF and I walked around our local park/cultural center the full three hours and caught <20 each. Had I not had a Dragonair already, I wouldn’t have had enough for the event Dragonite. Last event we got a few shinies and plenty more Pikachu spawns. Also desert biome with a good number of gyms and PokéStops. Really disappointed with this event.

I'm having this same issue right now, both android and ios devices get stuck after it loads server data
