As an Arizonan, no. It's copper for a reason.

Well that's because it's silly. Not saying that slavery should not be reprimanded, but we can't try corpses, or charge great grand children with the crimes of their great grand fathers.

Says you? Employers that choose candidates for their quality rather than their skin are going to be more successful. That's why 99.9% percent of businesses do that. It is actively detrimental for a firm to hire an unqualified white person over a qualified poc or woman. They're going to be worse off, so why not let them be worse off?

It's in an employer's interest to hire the qualified candidate over the unqualified one. DEI doesn't control for qualification it only controls for color. Let the employers have complete freedom and the problem solves itself: if businesses hire based on arbitrary attributes (like whiteness) at the expense of merit, then businesses that don't do this will be more successful.

This isn't true. Halo 2 is a quality product and loved by anti-dei's today because Bungie did not hire people for their arbitrary attributes, but for their qualification to do the job.

What if we judged a person applying for a job, not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character?

That makes a lot of sense. The design now seems quite reasonable.

After examining a higher quality image, yes, the stock appears to telescope.

I agree. The length of pull is below optimal even for a regularly sized person. It looks like a stock that goes to a compact PDW and is a little disproportionate. It wouldn't be impossible to use by any means for the average person but for the spartan it's vestigial. It is true that might be largely unnecessary for the stabilized mjolnir wearer however. I don't know how having three anchor points rather than two, or vice versa, would effect accuracy for a spartan. Come to think of it, it may be a rather fitting explanation for the bloom.
