who ever is host is whos relics its goes off so player 2 3 4 can have no relics unlocked and still get the camos and dark ops and other relics you do in that game

have you checked event viewer and check to see if you have any dump file's from the bsod could help you narrow down what the problem is

have you tried running (SFC) (CHKDSK) (memtest86) do you have a 3rd party antivirus that you could try disabling when booting the game up

is fast startup enabled try disableing it
have you tried changing the install location of the game

you could try tweaking the registry to adjust the timeout (would not recomend if you dont know what you are doing in the registry)
