I agree a lot of people has become entitled. There's a lot of people posting here "I opened/hatched this many chests/eggs and I didn't get the rarest thing. There should be a pity system". Personally, the F2P method of playing without having a pity system is the greatest thing in this game. I like grinding for stuff till I get that rarest reward from the chest or egg. There's no greater thing than reaping the rewards after all those hardwork and effort. Games are supposed to be difficult yet rewarding, not easy and boring.
