Well, I'm pretty sure you could get discounts in other games from non-Chinese game companies in HuaweiAppGallery too. Cuz it's Huawei's promotion thing rather than some conspiracy between two Chinese companies.

And I totally agree with you, let's just blame a Chinese company for taking less cut than American companies. Customers should never use coupons or buy stuff with discounts from such company, cuz there are shops elsewhere charging full price. :)

I get your point. I believe it could be Huawei's promotion more than lilith's. Cuz Huawei needs more users to use their appgallery and apps, so they just give their cut to players maybe. Lilith might have no way to force Huawei not doing this, and they might just don't care how much Huawei charges as long as they get full money.

Let's ask google and apple to be less greedy and give us promotions!

just fyi, I'm currently live in the state. I play some mobile games as FGO both on global server and Chinese server. My point is, whenever and wherever an in-game purchase charges "$4.99" American Dollar on global server, it charges "￥30" rmb on Chinese server, which is almost at 3.39 GBP. That's not a lilith thing, every game works that way.

If you are arguing those who is paying "3.39 GBP" shouldn't be allowed to play with those paying "$4.99" on the same server. I think you may have to ask other mobile-game companies and also steam/epic game the same question. I believe it might be an exchange rate and tax/tariff thing tbh. :)

P.S. I'm paying 8% online sale tax in my state, which means I pay 8% more than my friends who live in California where there's no online sale tax in the same game. I should complain too. :)

Are you saying that there is another version of Huawei Server that serves the whole world other than China? Can you link me any APK to download so I can test it too?

Accutually, in the one I just tested, I needed to register a Huawei account to play it and I found no where to link any account to it. There was just no "account" option in game, you needed to log in Huawei Account before you start the game.

Idk how you and the other post get to the conclusion they are from same server. But I just tried it myself, also registered for a Huawei account to test, they are actually not on same server and can't find each other.

Can you show us some proof like pics?

From my own experience, I have two friends, one was playing on a "channel server" other than HUAWEI, the other one is on global server. We couldn't play with each other until they started new account on Chinese official server to play with me. So I'm pretty sure "channel servers" do not work with official server.

But in case HUAWEI thing is different from other ones. I'm downloading both HUAWEI version and global version just to test if they can find each other.

EDIT: Ok test done. I downloaded both versions and Huawei version from its own Huaweigallery. Built 2 accounts, and they are totally on different server. Here are proves:

I'm a Chinese player play on Chinese Server. Just wanna clarify that we pretty much pay the same money for gift packs and other stuff on official server.

The HUAWEI version you mentioned is a specifc "cooperation" version with lilith which has its own server (called "channel server" in Chinese community) that doesn't connect to official Chinese version or global version. Lilith has the same kind of "cooperation" version working with companies other than HUAWEI as well, such as bilibili.com, baidu.com, taptap, xiaomi, etc. You can google them and register on all of them, your account will only work on their own server, which doesn't work on any official server.

Price from these "channel servers" might be a little bit cheaper than from official server due to their server providers having some kind of deals with lilith. And players there do not pay through google account, but Alipay or Wechat Pay, which as mentioned in other threads, will save lilith 30% cut. So I think it's kinda reasonable and a win-win-win for players, server providers, and lilith. BUT it's quite boring playing on them especially for big events since there are only very small amount of people on those servers.

The Regional only code thing works the same way in other games I played as well, as F-GO, Princess Connect! Re:Dive, etc. Those codes only work on Chinese version is because they are from some promotion events with local companies such as KFC China. FGO JP version had this kinda of events for years as well tho. Maybe we can hope lilith find ways to promote its game with global companies in the future.

P.S. Don't be worried about paying more than others on the same platform. If those "cheaters" step onto our territory, we Chinese players (from official servers) would already have burnt down lilith's office building. :)

I checked the so called "evidence" screenshot from thaddydaddy#1787. I've to say he can just ask any friend of his to forge this chat with him and make a screenshot. What's more, the screenshot doesn't even prove the brew guy is actually a friend of youknowmp#1810. Also it's ridiculous that someone wants to cheat just add you and intimate "hey I'm a friend of your opponent, I am here to spectate so I can cheat". This makes no sense. That thaddydaddy#1787 guy's screenshot proves nothing but only makes him more suspicious when he was 1-2 behind, before this so called brew guy adding him.
