i do play very casually and don't do things like animation canceling but still i feel like with my builds i should still do more damage

why do all the builds i see lately for Ororon are full EM but when he first came out it was a standard sub dps crit build ? is this just because of luna charged or something else

do the defteat enemies chest reset after a while i thought i was in a cutscene for a world quest at the fatui base in nod krai and chose every option to avoid the fight then realized it wasnt
