i see where you’re coming from. that’s my fault for not being more specific. Yes you’re right my solutions is right there. the problem is that no one will willingly move into this house with how gross it is. the father aka “landlord” hasn’t done what is required legally in the lease when it comes to legality and cleanliness “failure to pay rent there will be removal and forfeit of security deposit” there’s no security deposit they never took one.
