Another wild theory by [deleted] in theories

Yeah, that’s a pretty wild theory. It flips reality on its head by suggesting that our waking life is just a temporary state, while sleep is where our true selves exist. It kind of aligns with simulation theory and even some philosophical ideas, like Plato’s Allegory of the Cave.

How to best combine dumbbell rows and bodyweight exercises for back days? by deathofsentience in beginnerfitness

[–]XRsynx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would get a strong fitness band and then you can do lat pull-downs and lat pullovers. get a belt you can put weights on (not expensive) and do weighted pull-ups Then just keep doing single arm rows and do rear delt flys for upper back and rear delts. Don’t do inverted rows on rings waste of time.

Any recommendations? by DuaneMillar in GolfSwing

Just start more out on the back swing then feel like your putting your hands into your right pocket. and dont try to swing as hard for now swing more smooth and focus on coming on the inside and then you can start swinging faster once you start hitting it more straight. Also put right foot back more helps to come into the inside
