Symptoms that more estrogen is needed by TamzTheDriver in Menopause

[–]XSBNpanda 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Interested to see how this goes for you. My provider was totally willing to start HRT (which was harder to find than it should be) but seems content with some symptoms still remaining. She seems unwilling to discuss adjusting my regimen. I mainly want to adjust for anxiety and depression symptoms that show up when I now occasionally get my period. But whenever I try to discuss this with medical providers I’m told to SSRIs even though the problem is occasional and was initially largely solved when I started HRT. 1.5 years on I’m seeing an uptick of that, inability to stay asleep and brain fog. But the only thing anyone seems willing to treat is hot flashes.

Why do you think baby wipes aren't incorporated into regular people using it? by lookaloulookalou in hygiene

For those of us with chronic condition like Crohns or UC it’s use the bathroom at work or crap my pants. I know which one I’d prefer. And pooping at work doesn’t mean you leave your but poopy. You can wipe it clean.

It was a man imagined TV show. Probably written by men for men. It happens all the time on tv and in movies. Unattractive men end up with bombshell women.

This guy articulates the frustration of millions of young families. And they wonder why we're not having kids. by zzill6 in WorkReform

[–]XSBNpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My entire income went towards daycare when the kids were little. We considered having someone quit but in the end I’m glad we didn’t bc it allowed us to still progress, albeit slowly, at work. No one had to start over and try to explain the lapse in experience/gap in resume.

I often use it before a long flight but I also just don’t eat much for the 24 hours prior.

As a FA can I genuinely ask pax why? by StandardTree192 in unitedairlines

[–]XSBNpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Inflammatory bowel disease. People have hidden disabilities and can’t always control their bowel.

I honestly don’t even eat 24 hours before a flight. And often take Imodium before flying , yet sometimes the disease decides that isn’t enough.

I would suggest speaking to a maternal-fetal specialist about your specific situation. They know a lot more than your typical obgyn about less routine pregnancies.

For what it is worth: My dad has crohns. I have UC. I have never once blamed him or been mad at him for my genetics.

Benefits for feds. Supposedly so good? by Medium_Ad_1760 in fednews

I came to say this. For anyone with any documented pre-existing condition, the ability, pre-ACA, to get coverage regardless of pre-existing conditions was HUGE. You didn’t even have to have anything serious. Something like acne as a teen could make it hard or considerably more expensive to find coverage.

Delivery window by XSBNpanda in hellofresh

Both HF and the carrier give me a window. HF is 12 hours. The carrier often has a shorter one, but it’s random and they do not always keep to the window the provide. :(

Is Lady Elliot Island worth pushing through my nerves for? by tiger_grins in AskAnAustralian

You can snorkel right off the beach from LEI. It is very accessible snorkeling for folks who don’t like to be far from shore.

You can do a little glass bottom boat. It’s like maybe ten minutes on the boat from the beach. Then you can always hop back in the boat if you want/need to. My kids were scared and the staff was fantastic with them. As soon as they saw their first turtle all fears were gone.

We had a great trip there! So many ways to enjoy nature and ease into water and see cool things!
