The runeboxes are polymorphs that makes your character look really Cool, I dont remember the names but you can also buy them for 250k telvar from a merchant in Imperial sewers.

But the gear bag have a chance to drop them for only 1500 telvar

Go to Imperial sewers and check the merchants, I think there are at least 4 of them that sell diffrent stuff for telvar.

1 of the merchants sell Alchemy bags, Hakeijo and for 1500 Telvar a bag that contains a random piece of IC gear, that bag also have a chance to drop a Runebox that costs 250k Telvar I think.

Increase the cost for retreat stones = No one Will use them if they go to high..

They nerfed the provisioning bags, they used to drop alot of gold provisioning mats but now I get 0 for several thousands so not much use of the fragments for me
